Don’t be a Bob!
If you are like me you probably also think that exercise is a curse word. Or more accurately the motivation to do it is just not there, your get up and go probably got up and went without you.
Apart fro the usual benefits of exercise like better respiration, better blood circulation. Exercise believe it or not gives you energy! When we exercise the body releases endorphins. These endorphins boost our mood as well as our immune system and energy levels. The body also releases serotonin which as you may know makes you happy.
Furthermore, when we exercise our muscles strengthen which in turn make daily tasks such as climbing stairs, carrying bags so much easier.
So all and all don’t be a slob like Bob get some exercise!!!
