Perceptions

I am sure most of you have heard of the death of funny man and actor Robin Williams. When I heard the news this morning I was truly shocked, he was always so happy this cannot possibly be true, but once again I realised this is my perception of a man I don’t even know. Sometimes the perceptions we have of others stop us from seeing their struggles.

We always expect of happy people to be happy, but the person that made you laugh today or shared their smile with you may also have heartache and pain which they are not so willing to share. Make an effort and ask someone how they are doing………how they are really doing.
