Spring has sprung!

Spring has sprung……and change is in the air. I love this time of year, it is a time for new beginnings, and it is a time to marvel at the beauty that the world has to offer. The down side of this is that this is also the time of year where everything has to get done……NOW. The noose is tightening and we start to feel the pressure of life, so much so that we don’t even have time to enjoy the sun on our skin or the song in the air. To be honest with you I am with you in that boat, I don’t have time to stop and smell the roses I have things to do and people to see.

Unfortunately (or fortunately) today my body forced me to stop, last night I fell very ill and when I woke up this morning I still felt like I was hit by a train. I thought to myself I can’t stay home and be sick there is just too much to do, but as I tried to get up, as I tried to get ready for work my body shut me down with every attempt. This is just another wonderful way in which we were created, we are human beings not human doings and if you don’t take time to recharge your body will do it for you. I see this every day in the clinic, people who wanted to be strong and face every storm with abundance never taking the time to heal from the previous attack and then their bodies forced them to stop.

My tip for you today is don’t allow your life to get so busy that you don’t  take the time to smell the roses or hear the birds song, it is the little miracles that make life worth living!!
